JUNE 2017

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. incorporated and invested in the development of Katapulk Marketplace, LLC, the only online marketplace and community that allows its users to buy and sell Cuban-made and Cuban-themed items and accessories, crafted primarily by private artisans, artists, and creators living in Cuba.

JUNE 2016

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. and its fully owned subsidiary, OnCuba Travel, Inc., engaged in an exclusive consulting and operations agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (“NCL”) to act as a business advisor to NCL and to develop and arrange for NCL’s cruise operations in Cuba, including responsibility for the management of government relations and shore excursions for all NCL cruises to Cuban ports and cities.

December 2015

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. acquired a majority control of Porlalivre, Inc., a Delaware corporation that owns, operates, and publishes porlalivre.com, a public classified ads website portal dedicated to the Cuban market.

July 2015

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. signed a Tour Operator Partnership Agreement with Havanatur, a Cuban state tour operator, to provide educational, business exploration, and cultural travel experiences under the people-to-people travel programs to Cuba for Americans.

April 2015

Fuego Media Group, the media division of Fuego Enterprises, launched OnCuba Real Estate Magazine, a quarterly digital publication with a full independent staff dedicated to providing an in-depth look and news about the growing real estate market in Cuba.

March 2015

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. acquired control of IslaData LLC, a data mining and predictive analytics consulting services company for individuals and companies from the U.S. and abroad with interest in doing business in Cuba.

April 2014

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. signed an LOI for a Strategic Co-Operation Agreement with Island Travel & Tours, a U.S.-based corporation that provides money remittance services to people in Cuba.

August 2013

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with OPTERNA, a U.S.-based global corporation to provide equipment, components, and solutions for Fiber Management Systems and Data-Com in Cuba, the Caribbean, and Central and Latin American territories.

June 2013

ART Oncuba Magazine printed edition, a new publication about Cuban contemporary art, was published and set for circulation in B&N, HudsonNews, and Books&Books retail stores nationwide in December by Fuego Media Group.

April 2013

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. acquired control of The Americas Group Cuba Business Enterprise (“TAGCBE”). TAGCBEA is a consulting, advisory, and development group formed in 2009 by some of the most influential and well-known individuals and companies with interest in doing business in Cuba.

February 2013

Fuego Media Group launched a completely redesigned website for Oncuba Magazine Digital, with a full independent staff dedicated to providing daily news about Cuba, the Cuban people, Cuban culture, and Cuban social and economic events.

October 2012

Fuego Enterprises, Inc. acquired the Cuba Business Development Group, Inc. (“CBDG”). CBDG is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fuego.

March 2012

Oncuba Magazine printed edition was published and put into circulation in B&N, HudsonNews, and Books&Books retail stores nationwide by Fuego Media Group (a DBA of CBDG).
